Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not happy in any way with the product you receive, please return it for a full refund. If the product is faulty we will refund you in full, including your return delivery. If the product has been damaged in transit, we will refund you in full, including your return delivery charges.
You have the right to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please email email@example.com with your name and contact number. We expect to ship orders quickly so we would appreciate cancellations being made within 12 hours of the original order. If you cancel your order after we have shipped it, you are responsible for the safe return of the order, including delivery charges, in its original condition. If you do not return it, you will be charged in full.

We are a New Zealand business and all goods are sold in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD).
